Oregon State Cleaning Services Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and the Clock-in, Clock-out employee application, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
The website portions of this policy apply to quote requests, newsletter subscriptions, online chat, and communications about our commercial cleaning services. The app portions apply to authorized workers and business administrators who use Clock-in, Clock-out for schedules, time records, service-area verification, and work communications.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, subscribe, or use chat, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, message, preferred contact time, and communication choices. We may also receive basic device, browser, referral, campaign, and website-usage information through server logs or analytics tools.
If you contact us about a property or service, the information you provide may also include the facility address, cleaning needs, scheduling preferences, and other details needed to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in website forms or chat.
When address suggestions are enabled, the facility address text you type may be sent to Google Maps Platform through our server so matching addresses can be suggested. The Google API key remains on our server and is not included in the website code sent to your browser.
Clock-in, Clock-out app data
Business administrators provision app accounts for authorized workers. The app may process a worker's name, email address, phone number, user identifier, assigned visits, schedule, clock-in and clock-out events, work pauses, app interactions, and messages, photos, or files the worker chooses to submit as supporting evidence.
With the worker's permission, the app collects precise location when a clock action is requested and during an active work session. Location may continue to be collected in the background or while the screen is off so the worker's company can confirm service-area activity and view current field operations. The app normally sends updates about every 30 seconds while active and about every 60 seconds in the background. Tracking stops when the worker clocks out.
Location is linked to the authenticated worker and active work session. If location permission is denied, approximate-only, unavailable, or outside the configured service area, the clock action may be blocked or retained for manager review, depending on the company's policy. The app does not use location for advertising.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, provide requested services, operate and secure the website and app, improve our customer experience, create auditable time records, show assigned work, verify service-area activity, and—only when you choose it—send promotions or cleaning updates.
Submitting a quote request authorizes communication about that inquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Optional marketing choices are separate from the permission to respond to your request.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. App records are available only to the worker and authorized administrators of the worker's company according to their roles. We may share only what is necessary with service providers that help us host and secure the website and app, communicate with users, provide maps, or deliver services, and when required by law.
Services used by the app
Clock-in, Clock-out uses our secure web application and API hosted by Hostinger, Apple platform services and Core Location on iOS, and OpenStreetMap map data in authorized management views. The app does not include advertising, third-party payment processing, paid digital content, or AI-generated features.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use essential browser storage to keep chat working and remember campaign attribution during a visit. If analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar technology to measure site activity and conversions. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.
Links to Google Maps, reviews, or other third-party services may take you to sites with their own privacy practices. For information on Google's processing of data from partner sites, see Google's privacy information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, the worker's company retention settings, legal obligations, payroll and operational records, and dispute resolution. Location records are not retained indefinitely when they are no longer needed for these purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can decline optional marketing, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Workers can stop active location tracking by clocking out. Location access can also be changed in iOS Settings, although disabling Precise Location or background access may prevent required clock and service-area features from working.
App accounts are created and managed by the worker's company and cannot be created by the public inside the app. A worker who wants an account removed or app records corrected should contact their company administrator or use the contact details below. We may retain time, payroll, audit, safety, or legal records when deletion is not permitted or would compromise required business records.
To make a privacy request or stop marketing communications, contact us using the details below. We may need information to verify your identity before providing access to or changing personal records. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about an active inquiry, service, or work assignment.
Regional availability
The app provides the same core features and content in every region where it is available. Work schedules, service locations, time zones, and company policies may differ by employer or location, but the app does not offer region-specific paid content.
Children's privacy
Our website and commercial cleaning services are intended for businesses and adults, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can review and address it.
Third-party websites
This policy does not cover websites or services operated by other organizations. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
